E-AWE: Approval Monitor Page Is Not Allowing Users To Select The Approver To Filter Search Conditions After Upgrading Tools From 8.54 To 8.57 (Doc ID 2574698.1)

Symptoms

After the Tools upgrade from 8.54 to 8.57, the Approval Monitor page is no longer allowing users to select Approver to be used as a filter search condition.  The user expectation is that the Approver field should not be greyed out in the Monitor Approvals page. Because of this, users are unable to filter search results for Pending Approval transactions.  The same can be replicated in-house on FSCM 9.2 PUM Image 32.

The issue can be reproduced with:

1. Go to Monitor Approvals screen. Navigate to Enterprise Components > Approvals > Approvals > Monitor Approvals
2. As soon as the user selects any Header Status, e.g. Approved, Denied, etc,  the Approver field becomes greyed out and cannot be selected.
