E-PORTAL: Unified Navigation - Content Provider Homepages appears on Portal instance even though security is not exist for the users. (Doc ID 2575365.1)

On : 8.56.11 version, Portal Technology

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
Unified Navigation - Content Provider Homepage appears on Portal even though security is not exist for the user. Same Homepage not available in Content Provider for that user.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If security is not exist for the user then Portal should not display the Content Provider HomePage.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Content Provider with a user and see only one Homepage.

2. Login to Portal with same user and see the additional Content Provider Homepages.
