Depreciation Shows Value For RETIRED ASSETS In NET_BOOK_VALUE_TABLE (Doc ID 2576226.1)

On : 9.2 version, Reports - Reports - Depr/NBV

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
YTD Depreciation shows value for RETIRED ASSETS in NET_BOOK_VALUE_TABLE

I have retired assets that are showing a Depr YTD value after retiring the asset.   YTD depreciation shows, but no LTD.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After retirement, asset is fully depreciated and does not have values.

REPLICATION STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Create asset 
2.  Run AM_DP_CALC 
3.  Review depreciation schedule on line 
4.  Load Depr table 
5.  Retire asset 
6.  Run AM_DP_CALC 
7.  Review depreciation schedule on line - validate it is taken to zero 
8.  Load Depr table and NBV
9.  Run NBV Report

10. YTD depreciation shows, but no LTD
