EPerformance Manager Self-Service -> Approve Documents Does Not Save Ad-hoc Approvers In Workflow

On : 9.2 version, Workflow
ePerformance Manager Self-Service -> Approve Documents does not save Ad-hoc approvers in Workflow
We made changes to allow for ad-hoc approval on the Manager Self-Service -> Approve Documents component, but it is not saving the data under the ad-hoc approver in Workflow.
Sequence of events - Manager clicks to add Ad-hoc approver in the Status Monitor, chooses from user list, new ad-hoc user is displayed as Inserted Approver - Manager approves, but Ad-hoc user disappears when Status Monitor is refreshed
Expected to keep Ad-hoc user in the Manager Self-Service -> Approve documents Status Monitor and display as Pending
This works correctly when using the Enterprise Components -> Monitor Approvals

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manager clicks to add Ad-hoc approver in the Status Monitor, chooses from user list, new ad-hoc user is displayed as Inserted Approver - Manager approves, but Ad-hoc user disappears when Status Monitor is refreshed
Expected to keep Ad-hoc user in the Manager Self-Service -> Approve documents Status Monitor and display as Pending
This works correctly when using the Enterprise Components -> Monitor Approvals
