Exception when using a '%' wildcard character in Additional Ways to Search (Doc ID 2576852.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When using the Additional Ways to Search feature, If a string that begins with '%1X' where X is any alphanumeric character is entered into the Catalog Number field, performing a search will throw the below error:

Server Exception: Exception caught while applying ACL filters : Failed to parse content to map


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It should be possible to use a wildcard character to prefix a search string. This should not cause an exception.



REPLICATION STEPS
=================
1. Navigate to Manage Classes tile > Class Search and Enroll
2. Click "Additional Ways to Search"

note that the Catalog Number dropdown is permanently set to 'contains value'

3. Enter '%1X' into the Catalog Number search field, where X is any letter or number.
4. Click Search.
