E-FLUID/E-BEN: Benefit Enrollment Gets Irresponsive After Updates Are Acknowledged In The Modal Certification Dialog For Dependent and Beneficiary Information (Doc ID 2577285.1)

Symptoms

Issue reported on HCM 9.2 PUM Image# 30 on PT8.56.05.
Issue does also replicate on PT8.57.05.

The Benefit Enrollment page gets irresponsive after updates are acknowledged in the modal Certification dialog for Dependent and Beneficiary Information.

After clicking on the 'Ok' button in the dialog prompt, the user is taken back to the Benefits Enrollment page, but the page is irresponsive.
The user is unable to do anything on the page. (W3EB_DEPBNSMRY_FL).


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login into PeopleSoft as a New Hire.
2. Click on Benefit Detail Tile in Employee Self Service homepage.
3. Click on Benefit Enrollment and click on 'Resume' or 'Start' button.
4. Click anywhere on the Medical Tile.
5. Add a Domestic Partner Adult as a Dependent.
6. Save the domestic partner Adult and, when prompted with the Domestic Partner Certificate, select 'Yes' for both options
7. Click the 'Agree' button. The 'Saved Successfully' dialog box shows up.
8. Click the 'Ok' button.

After clicking on the 'Ok' button the user is taken back to the Benefits Enrollment page, but the page is irresponsive.
The user is unable to do anything on the page. (W3EB_DEPBNSMRY_FL).
