E-IB: Consuming a Large/Complex WSDL May Cause Out of Memory Error (Doc ID 2577303.1)

When consuming a very large WSDL, in which the WSDL is 4M in size, and contains a large number of operations (e.g. over 200 operations)) via Consume Web Service wizard, consuming fails to get past Step 1/8 of the Wizard.

The page hangs and spins until the application server runs out of memory, and crashes.
