AWE Approval page is rounding hours worked for T&L approval
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter Time in timesheet – put in hours of 7.5 (not a whole number)
2. Run Time admin and look at the data in Payable Time, amounts show correctly.
3.Go to Approvals tile, and select the person/week from above. Hours show rounded.
