ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In Demo, the prompt for Approval Process ID in Grants BU set up is showing no values.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

In Demo, the prompt for "Approval Process ID" in Grants BU set up should show a value of "GMProposalComponent".
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation : Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Business Unit Related > Grants > Award Setup and BU Definition
2. Open BU EGV05 in demo
3. Under the section "Enable Proposal Approval Workflow", choose Approval Workflow Engine option
4. A new field "Approval Process ID" appears. Prompt for values and no values are returned.
Expectation is that it should show "GMProposalComponent" which is a delivered process id.
