Symptoms
After upgrading to PeopleTools 8.57 and PUM 30, when running On-Demand Event Maintenance for the first time it is consistently failing.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run On Demand for an employee. Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > On Demand Event Maintenance
NOTE: The Remote Call Test is successful. Navigation: PeopleTools > Utilities > Use > PeopleTools Options > click on Remote Call Test.
