Symptoms
On : 9 version, Student Information
When attempting to term activate a student ,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
No Academic Level found for setID: IMU, Rule: LVLPG. Cumulative Total: 0 as of Effdt 2019-07-01 (14600, 118).
The level Load Rule for the academic program indicates that the Academic Level must be calculated on total cumulative term units.
Set up the Academic Load Table so that the indicated total cumulative term units are accounted for.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up the Level/Load Rule Table (Set up SACR -> Foundation Table-> Academic Structure -> Level/Load Rules Table
leave loan year, lending year and Category blank
2. Associate the academic level rule to a program (Set up SACR ->Foundation Table -> Academic Structure -> Academic Program Table)
3. Associate the program to a student (Records and Enrollment -> Career and program Information -> Student Program/Plan)
4. Term Activate the Student (Records and Enrollment-> Student Term Information ->Term Activate the student
