'This Absence Request needs to be reworked' Email Sent When Administrator Approves Absence Request (Doc ID 2578265.1)

When administrator approves absence request through the Create and Maintain Absences page, a 'rework required' email notification is being sent for the transaction, even though the workflow status = Approved.

However, users should receive the correct email notification, stating that the Absence Request was Approved.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Payee Data > Maintain Absences > Create and Main Absences
2. Select transaction, and Submit with option to Approve Automatically
3. Note users receive email that transaction needs to be reworked even though it was approved
