Symptoms

On : 8.55 version and higher, Install and Packaging

When attempting to launch PeopleSoft Client Software on Windows 10, the following error occurs.


Error Reported

Windows error messages about the following .dll files missing:

Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Install the PeopleTools Client software on Windows.
  2. Launch Application Designer, Configuration Manager, or Data Mover.
  3. Windows error(s) occur indicating that the above .dll files are missing.
