Symptoms
HTML tags in Message Catalog entries do not format text but themselves display on Fluid pages.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add HTML tags to format the text in an entry on the Message Catalog that will appear in the Warnings triggered when elections are submitted in Fluid Benefits Enrollment (Navigation: PeopleTools > Utilities > Administration > Message Catalog).
2. Employee makes elections in Fluid Open Enrollment for a Life Insurance Plan that requires Evidence of Insurability (Navigation: Employee Self Service > Benefits Details tile > Benefits Enrollment).
3. Employee submits elections (Navigation: Submit Elections button).
4. Warning message triggered.
