Inactive subjects still display in PI14 in Additional Ways to search in fluid Browse Catalog if earlier rows on the subject table are active.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make a subject inactive on the subject table prior to the term start date at Set up SACR > Foundation Tables > Academic Structure > Academic Subject Table by adding a new effective dated row and setting the status to Inactive, leaving earlier rows active.
2. Log in as a student to fluid self service.
3. Navigate to Manage Classes > Browse Catalog and select Additional Ways to Search.
4. Click on the subject drop down and the inactive subject still displays.
