On : 8.57 version, PeopleTools Test Framework (PTF)

When recording or playing back a test case within PTF 8.57, the process errors out as follows

1. Install PTF client 8.57 on Windows 2016
2. Use the PTF client to record a test case
3. Observe the issue as reported
