New Hires using Smart HR Template Errors (Doc ID 2579422.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to add new hires in manage hire details, the following error occurs.

Assertion failed. (180,920) HRTEMPL.HIRE.TBHManageHireDetailController.OnExecute Name:addBtnFc PCPC: 27838 Statement: 530

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Workforce Administration >> Smart HR Template >> Smart HR Transactions >> 
Transaction Type Dropdown Menu – Select Hire/Rehire >> Select Template Dropdown Menu – ADD_EMPL.

2. Workforce Administration>>Smart HR Template>> Manage transactions

3. Manage Hires
