On : 9.2 version, Payroll Technical

ISSUE:
TAX815WA.SQR doesn't pull the correct tax. In the Get-EE-Premium-Withheld procedure.
There is no criteria to get he max balance period in the quarter, so it is summing the QTD amounts for each period in the quarter.
