On : 8.57 version, Install and Packaging

Installing IBM ILOG CPLEX - version mismatch

After installing Peopletools 8.57.07 on Windows Server 2016 and trying to install IBM ILOG CPLEX, there is a version mismatch error.

The only version found is ILOG-CPLEX-12.7.1_00.zip.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Installed Peopletools 8.57.07 on Windows Server 2016

2. Download the IBM ILOG CPLEX installation from My Oracle Support

3. Follow the steps to install IBM ILOG CPLEX on the PeopleSoft 9.2 Application Installation on your database platform (PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.57)) guide
