Symptoms

For Brazil Localization only:

Issue: Cannot pay cash advances

Replication Steps:

1) Create two Cash Advances
2) Stage and Post Liability
3) Via Update Stage Payments mark one advance as Hold and leave the other available to process
4) Run payment selection
5) Run payment creation

Error Message:

SQL error. Stmt #: 1725 Error Position: 0 Return: 8601 - [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server][SQL Server]Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'EMPL_RCD', table 'FS91DMO.dbo.PS_EX_ADVNCE_CPY'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails. [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server][SQL Server]The statement

Actual Result: Cannot generate payments for Cash Advance(s).

Expected Result: To generate payment to employee(s) for cash advance requests.
