Symptoms
On : 8.57 version, PeopleTools Test Framework (PTF)
Created a Dataloader PTF test that uses a query to pull in data. When executed, the test fails with the following error:

There is a service request error, please check if the SSL port is correct for DataLoader in current ExecOptions.
In addition, the test log also shows the following messages:
DataLoader.Load - Source: ZZ_GET_PC_TRANS_ID_PTF
Remote Server returns an error. Please see message details.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create the DataLoader test
2. Create another test to call the DataLoader test
3. Execute the main test in PTF
