ELM Request With Mass Approval Enabled When Accessing Via HCM MSS Approval Tile (Doc ID 2580734.1)

Symptoms

ELM Courses are setup without Mass Approval option and is working as expected when approver access via ELM.

However, when approver is to approve ELM request via HCM (Single Sign On) MSS Approval tiles, the Mass Approval option/checkbox and approve/deny buttons are enabled.

Expected Result: Behaviour should be consistent regardless of approval tile via HCM or ELM, that is, Mass Approval option should be disabled.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
•Navigate: Setup ELM > Approvals > Maintain User List ◦Please Ensure this Includes Custom User List Definitions
•Navigate: Setup ELM > Approvals > Configure Transactions
•Navigate: Setup ELM > Approvals > Register Transactions
•Navigate: Setup ELM > Approves > Workflow Transactions
•Navigate: PeopleTools > Workflow > Defaults and Messages > Set Workflow Default
•Navigate: Enterprise Components > Approvals > Approvals > Mobile Approval Options > Transaction Tab
