Symptoms
MA FLI EE appearing on paycheck with No Limit Gross for exempt employee on review paycheck
While testing the MA Paid Family and Medical Leave Act, the employees who have a UI Jurisdiction of MA but who are exempt for MLI and FLI on State Tax Data have FLI/EE are appearing on the paycheck with no taxable gross or taxes but with a no limit gross.
There should be no limit gross for FLI/EE.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. State Tax Data has "MA" as the UI Jurisdiction and the FLI and MLI is Not Applicable. The special withholding status is "No taxable gross, no tax taken".
2. Create paysheets and run payroll calculation
3. Verify review paycheck taxes
