E-PUM: DPK Deploy Failing On Deploying Oracle Database Server (Doc ID 2580868.1)

On : PeopleSoft Update Manager

When attempting to install a PUM Image,
the following error occurs.

Deploying Oracle Database Server: [FAILED]

1. Begin the PUM Image installation process.
2. Experience the error on the 'Deploying Oracle Database Server' portion of the installation.
