Duplicate SSN Warning Missing in Admissions & Possibly Other Person Entry Components

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In the Add/Update a Person component there is a warning message upon saving
that two users cannot have the same SSN value. This message did not appear
in the Admissions pages. Add Applicant is totally dependent on Search/Match
to perform this NID check.
1.Navigate to any of the following components: ADM_APPL_ENTRY1,
ADM_APPL_MAINTNCE, ADM_PROSPECT_PROG, QUICK_ADMIT
2. Add a new applicant/prospect
3. Enter the same SSN as a person already in the database.
Notice the search match warning will display but not NID check.
