Symptoms
ISSUE
---------------
Contract amount = 1,000,000. The contract has two lines: Line1: 900,000 Line2: 100,000
Source the first line for the full amount, create and dispatch the PO
Then source the 2nd line for only 50K. After you run PO Auto Source, there is an error that the maximum contract is exceeded even though there is 100K left on the contract.

STEPS
---------------
1) Create a contact for 1M that has 2 lines, 1 for 900,00 and one for 100,000
2) Source the first line for the full amount
3) Source the 2nd line for 1/2 the amount
4) Run PO Auto Source and note the error.
