Fix for RETROPAY_RQU_VW table in BUG ID 28971730 was not included in HCM Image 31
There are no changes found in RETROPAY_RQU_VW table which is included in the impacted objects of BUG ID 28971730.
There should be changes in the WHERE clause from "AND retropay_prcs_flag NOT IN ('F','W')", to "AND retropay_prcs_flag NOT IN ('F','W','P','V','M')".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply HCM 9.2 Image 31
2. Review RETROPAY_RQU_VW contents.
