Symptoms
When adding store key with a date type field type in Attachments Store Keys page, the following PeopleCode error appears:

During the binding of input values into the SQL statement, a bind number in the SQL statement was larger than the input parameters.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Attachments > Configure Keys >Configure Keys
2. Click on Attachments Store Keys page to enter store key values.
4. Add a Store key record with a date type field
5. Click OK.
