E-WF/PRCS: PSMAIL.EXE Processes Fails On PSNT Server With 'UNC paths are not supported' Errors But Are Successful On PSUNX (Doc ID 2582464.1)

When attempting to Email any report output, the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced:
1. Navigate to PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > System Process Requests
2. Enter run control ID
3. Select Cross Reference Window Listing / XRFWIN / SQR Report Type = Email and Format = CSV
4. Process run to success but not posted.

The issue causes the site to push email processes to PSUNX routinely and causes a backlog of queued processes on PSUNX for up to two hours during peak operating times.
