Manage Purchase Orders has duplicate item label for all pages in component



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 1. Navigate to PeopleTools > Security > Permissions & Roles > Permission Lists
2. Open POPNLS Permission List
3. Select Pages tab
4. Edit MANAGE_PURCHASE_ORDERS
5. Edit PURCHASE_ORDER_EXP

ERROR
-----------------------
There are Duplicate Item Label for all the pages under that Panel Group(Component) for Manage Purchase orders.
All the items name are the same : "Add/Update Express POs"
