E-508: French Translation is Not Available for Accessibility Layout Field on the Fluid My Preferences Page (Doc ID 2583285.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Both the label and the value for the Accessibility Layout field on the Fluid My Preferences page (PTGP_USER_PERS_FL) do not have a French translation.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that all eligible objects will have a French language translation when the session language is French or French Canadian.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set the session language to Francais or Francais du Canada, then log in.
2. On the Fluid homepage, click the hamburger menu at the top right corner, then select Vos preferences (My Preferences)
3. On the General Settings page, observe the Accessibility Layout field.
