On : 9.2 version, Curriculum Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When attempting to add subject area to the approved courses area of the instructor/adivsor table you are getting all subject areas (even inactive ones) no matter the acad org that is selected


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For only the subject areas to appear that belong to that academic org

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Curriculum Management > Instructor/Advisor Information > Instructor/Advisor Table
2. Query instructor
3. Click approved courses tab
4. Enter Acad Org, then select subject area
5. Note that all subject areas appear on list no matter the acad org
