Hourly Pay Rate Calculation In Job Data

Symptoms
In Job Data > Compensation, the Hourly Pay Rate Calculation does not equate to the Annual Comp Rate defined.
It is expected that the displayed Hourly Rate * 40 (hrs) * 52 (weeks) would equal the Annual Rate.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data
2. Select employee, and go to Compensation tab
3. Expand the Pay Rates section and note the Hourly Rate displayed
4. Manually calculate the Annual Rate from the Hourly Rate and note this does not match the Annual Comp Rate defined in the Pay Components section
