E-CRM: ERROR MESSAGE About "file Name Too Long" AddAttachment Failed (137,2) (Doc ID 2584137.1)

On : 9.2 version, Other

When attempting to attach a file with file name longer than 59 characters,
the following error occurs.

An error occurred while attempting to upload the file you selected. This may
be because the file's name contains a character we treat as invalid (* : " <
> ?). If so, please appropriately rename your file and try again.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee Self Service > Help Desk > Create Case
2. Click Attach a File. Attach a file with file name longer than 59 character.
3. Notice the error message (137, 2) is the wrong error.
