Symptoms
Issue in adding back dated leaves through Employee Absence Request Page during the region/county change.
STEPS TO REPLICATE
------------------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Login as admin, changes the job region country from A to B.
2) Process the payroll.
3) Login as employee, For the past dated period apply the absence request for Region A in the Absence Request Page.
4) There is no data populated for the old region to apply the absence.
