Symptoms
HCM9.2 PUM31 Tools 8.57.08 In the process of validating Fluid Position Management after applying PUM31 using Tools 8.57.08 and noticed that the 'Delete' button is greyed-out after approval of a position in 'Manage Positions'.

Delivered permission list HCCPHRFL3100 is assigned to the requesting User.
Customer expects a Delete button on the page after selecting a position in 'Manage Positions'.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as user PS with PSFT Admin Role and delivered permission list HCCPHRFL3100.
2. Go to Fluid Workforce Administrator Homepage > Position Management Tile > Manage Positions > Search where Status = proposed> 59000709 > details
3. Observe the Delete button is disabled (greyed-out).
