Step status is changed to Complete with required questions un-answered.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee Self Service homepage > OnBoarding tile > OnBoarding Activities
2. Questionnaire step. Mark Complete before answering any question.
Note. Question number 4, 5, 6, 7 are required to be answered.
3. Step status is changed to Complete with required questions un-answered
