ETL9.2 - TL WorkCenter Is Missing The Links On Payable Time Summary Page. (Doc ID 2585714.1)

Symptoms

It appears TL WorkCenter - Payable time Summary page does not show links at bottom of page for Detail and Return to Select Employee pages. However, direct navigation to Payable Time Summary page via MSS does show the links at the bottom of the page.

Steps to Recreate:
1. Navigation:  MSS > Time Management> View Time> Payable Time Summary. Note: Links for Detail and Return to Select Employee pages are shown at bottom of page.
2. Navigation:  MSS > Time Management> Time and Labor WorkCenter. Note Links at bottom of page are NOT shown.
