Symptoms
FS_EVENTGEN creating PODNCLS rows with GL_DISTRIB_STATUS = 'I' .
Still getting PODNCLS rows with GL_DISTRIB_STATUS = 'I', even after apply fix Bug .
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Replication Steps:
1. Created a purchase order with current date (current year funding) ex: 01/01/2019
2. Budget Check, dispatch, Entry Event.
3. Journal Generate the EE_PO_ACCTG data
4. Close the PO with date (Expired year funding) (accounting/budget date: 01/01/2020)
5. Budget Check, Override the budget error (funding is expired) Budget check.
6. Run Entry Event.
7. Journal Generate the EE_PO_ACCTG data
8. Reopen the PO with date in same Accounting Period as when the PO was closed (accounting/budget date: 01/01/2020)
9. Budget Check,Override the budget error (funding is expired)
10. Run Entry Event.
11. Journal Generate the EE_PO_ACCTG data
12. Close the po with date in same Accounting period as when PO was reopened (accounting/budget date: 01/30/2020)
13. Budget Check,
14. Run Entry Event.
15. Journal Generate the EE_PO_ACCTG data. Got GL_DISTRIB_STATUS = 'I' for PODNCLS
Result: GL_DISTRIB_STATUS = 'I' for PODNCLS Entry Event rows.
