HR: Refresh Analytics Data HR_PG_WF_DIV App Engine Needs To Be Scheduled For Recurrence AsOf Current Date (Doc ID 2586383.1)

Symptoms

Refresh Analytics Data HR_PG_WF_DIV app engine Run control is always saved with a date value. It is not possible to leave it blank.
Due to this, the process is not scheduled and it has to be run Manually daily for the most current results.

The issue can be reproduced  with the following steps:
1. Login as an Administrator
2. Navigate to Workforce Administration > Refresh Analytics Data > Refresh
Analytics Data and Save.
3. Set a Recurrence for this AE HR_PG_WF_DIV
4. Goto the logs and observe the that the Recurrence cannot be set to the present date. The Process always run for the date saved in the run control.
