Symptoms


Application Engine process to Find Terminations (BN_FINTRM) is not gathering termination events so they can be processed on a bulk basis

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Terminate (TER) an employee - create a TER row on Job record.

Navigation:  Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data

2. Process the TER event through On Demand or batch.

Navigation:  Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment> Events > On Demand Event Maintenance or

Navigation:  Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > Run Automated Event Processing

3.  Check for Application Engine to Find Terminations (BN_FINTRM) in Process Scheduler.

Navigation:  PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > Process Monitor
