E-CAVF/EC: Getting 'Attachment Not Found On The Server' Error When Approver Clicks the View Attachment Link on a GL Approval Worklist (Doc ID 2586540.1)

Symptoms

Clicking on the "View Attachment" link for any given GL worklist entry throws the error as shown below:

Attachment not found on server
Please connect your system administrator server details in CAVF configuration.
Server details are wrong
server details have been modified


On: PeopleTools: 8.55.16
FSCM 9.2 PUM 26


The issue can be reproduced as follows :

1. Navigate to Worklist
2. Click to drill down on a GL worklist entry
3. Click the View Attachment link
