Last updated on SEPTEMBER 10, 2019

Applies to:

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Upon doing an InterUnit Asset Transfer, the old Project ID stays in the new Asset.

In InterUnit Asset Transfer where there are Assets that need to be transferred to another Business Unit, when the Project ID is changed, the new Asset in the new Business Unit still has the old Project ID in the PS_ASSET_ACQ_DET table.

Steps to replicate:
1.  Do an InterUnit Transfer in AM WorkCenter > Cost Adjust / Transfer Asset
2.  For the new Unit/Asset, populate Fund, Dept, Program and Project CF values
3.  After the transfer, open the new BU/Asset using Basic Add, and select 'Asset Acquisition Chartfields' link.
Noted that all CF values were correct except for Project ID.

Replication document attached.
