Core Requisitions: UOM Causes Contract Price Field to be Enabled in a Requisition if No Contract is Linked to it (Doc ID 2586645.1)

Symptoms

In Core Requisitions, if the UOM (Unit of Measure) was not entered prior to adding Contract Lines, then the Price field is enabled and the and can be changed. 

Environment Setup
Test Contract ID SHARE/POC0100
Header Level
  Allow Open Item Reference is unchecked
  Price can be changed on Order is unchecked

Line#1 TEST ITEM 1 (description item)
  Pricing Information: Price can be changed on Order is unchecked!

Line#2 TEST ITEM 2 (description item)
  Pricing Information: Price can be changed on Order is checked!

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
Core Requisition - Pass 1
1)Do not enter any Details other than the Supplier used by the Contract
2)Enter the Contract Lines
3)Price fields are enabled
4)Price fields can be changed
 
Core Requisition - Pass 2
1)Enter UOM and Supplier used by the Contract
2)Enter the Contract Lines
3)Price fields cannot be changed
