Purchase Order (PO) One Time ShipTo Address Cannot be Deleted from PO Schedule with '-' minus sign

Symptoms
The One Time ShipTo Address should not be present PO Schedule One Time Address / PO_ONE_TIME_ADDR page after it was deleted with '–' (minus) sign.
This is happening in PUM 29 PT 8.56.10 with Vertex On. In PUM 29 PT 8.57.04 with Vertex, in PO Schedule One Time Address / PO_ONE_TIME_ADDR page the '-' (minus) button in not present, instead there is <Remove> button.
Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
1.Set your tax provider as 'Vertex' .
2.Create a PO and ship to location should be different than supplier location.
3.Add one time address and save it.
4.Delete the one time address what you have added in earlier step and save it again.
5.You can see address will not be deleted.
