Symptoms
Getting the following error when trying to run Benefits Administration (PSPBARUN) COBOL process: "Benefit Plan is not defined in HEALTH_PLAN_TBL. (3000,643)"
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup and Run Benefits Open Enrollment (OE) process.
Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollments > Run > Automated Event Processing
2. Log in to OE event for test employee.
Employee self-service > Benefits > Benefits Enrollment
3. Getting the error when clicking on the Edit button for Medical elections.
