Guided Self-Service Transaction Update Job Details By Group Not Updating the Reports To Field (Doc ID 2587159.1)

Symptoms

When using the guided self-service transaction 'Update Job Details by Group' it is not updating the Reports to field on the Position

The issue can be reproduced using the following steps:
1. Click Update Team Information Tile on Manager Self Service
2. Click Update Job Details by Group
3. Select an Employee and click Continue
4. Select 'Are you changing the employee's Supervisor?' and click Next
5. Select a new Supervisor and click Next
6. Click Submit
7. Check the Position the employee was in at Organizational Development>Position Management>Maintain Positions/Budgets>Add/Update Position Info
8. Note that the Reports to wasn't updated.
