SQL PERFORMANCE ISSUE AFTER IDENTIFY PHASE AND BEFORE CALCULATE PHASE - UNACCOUNT/IDLE TIME

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Performance issue:-
During Payroll run, with Identify + Calculate run there is a gap of significant amount of time between Identify end and calculate begin.This time is not reported in details with components in the Cobol Log. Not sure if the time is a wait / Idleness or system is processing something which is not recording in the log.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

There shouldn't be any Idle time between Identify and Calculate phase
