EAP: Payment Filter Not Refreshing Payment Summary Scroll After Clicking OK (Doc ID 2587511.1)

Symptoms

Issue when a user accesses the Payment Request filer, selects “By Alternative Filters”, enters criteria, and clicks OK. The Request Summary scroll is not being updated. This only occurs the first time a user selects the filter.

Initially, the table PR_SEL_OPT does not have a row for the user until clicked OK on the filter subpage.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Click filter icon in Payment Request Center
Select “By Alternative Filters”, enter criteria, and click Ok.
No results appear in the “Request Summary”
Results appear after clicking either “Refresh” or selecting the filter again
