Symptoms
When attempting to run CODIN, the following error occurs in the FAPCODIN step as displayed in the cobol log file:
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
- Navigate to Financial Aid > File Management > COD Full Participant > Import COD Response Data > Common Origination and Disbursement Inbound, and run the process.
- Click Process Monitor and refresh until the process completes, likely in 'Error' Status.
- Click the 'CODIN' hyperlink to access the individual programs in the 2-part process.
- Click the link for the FAPCODIN step.
- Click the link that says 'View Log/Trace'.
- Click into the .log file in the File List to review the information, including the full error message.
